Sales Manager – Acoustics & Noise Control | Sydney, NSW
Acoustica Projects is a national leader in acoustic consulting and noise control solutions. We work across residential, commercial, industrial, and specialised sectors, delivering complete solutions — from product design and supply to installation, testing, and certification.
We are now seeking a Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive business growth, and strengthen relationships across Australia.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion
- Lead, train, and manage the sales team to deliver high performance
- Develop strong relationships with clients, architects, builders, engineers, and industry partners
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within construction, industrial, and technical markets
- Collaborate with operations and technical teams to deliver customised acoustic solutions
- Monitor budgets, prepare forecasts, and provide sales performance reporting
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide decision-making
- Ensure customer service standards and client satisfaction are maintained
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- MBA or postgraduate qualification in business/marketing highly regarded
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in senior sales, business development, or technical/industrial sales
- Background in acoustics, building services, or related industries is desirable
- Candidates with experience in construction, engineering, or industrial technical sales with a solution-selling mindset are strongly encouraged to apply
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and ability to deliver results

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $78,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
