This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead the implementation of our Inclusion and Culture strategy, focusing on People Experience in Australia.
The ideal candidate will apply a task and finish approach to make a lasting impact, working closely with Australian leadership and global teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and design local applications of our global people strategy, emphasizing inclusion and culture topics.
* Design and implement a governance structure and supporting delivery plan for inclusion and culture activities in Australia, underpinned by a coherent communications and engagement strategy.
* Advise and support in shaping our response to external policy drivers, such as WGEA and Reconciliation Action plan expectations.
* Co-design and deliver engaging training curricula.
* Actively engage and manage key stakeholders, driving meaningful change and reinvigorating the agenda while embedding sustainable practices.
* Contribute to the continual improvement of HC initiatives globally, often via working group representation on various HC and talent management initiatives.
Requirements
* 8 years' experience in human resources or related project management, ideally with a background in Inclusion and Diversity and consulting/professional services.
* Experience in Inclusion and Diversity.
* Proven track record in delivering meaningful organizational change.
* Flexibility across time zones.
* Experienced project manager.
* Desirable experience working with employee-led groups.
