**THE ROLE**
The Purruna Spencer Newton Centre is seeking an Aqua Fitness Instructor, to join their wellbeing learning hub with indoor aquatics, reformer and stadium facilities located at Scotch College. We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic instructor to join our team and inspire our members to achieve their fitness goals in a fun and engaging aquatic environment.
As an Aqua Fitness Instructor, you will be required to conduct safe, appropriate and stimulating group fitness classes within format/training guidelines designed to improve cardiovascular health, strength, and flexibility. You will be relied upon to motivate, educate and enhance each participants experience, fostering a commitment to their improved health and wellbeing. We are seeking an individual who has the ability to develop rapport with participants, with the ability to create a motivating and inclusive atmosphere whilst ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all participants.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
Applicants are required to have an existing WETS Aqua Fitness Instructor Certification or equivalent.
- HLTAID009 Perform CPR
- HLTAID011 Provide First Aid
- Certificate of completion for "Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect" (RRHAN-EC) training
- Proven capability to build strong and positive relationships with key stakeholders
