The Opportunity
We're looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team and work across North East Melbourne, supporting clients to live independently and achieve their goals through personalised, community-based care. This is a permanent position with flexible options for full-time or part-time hours.
What You'll Do
* Deliver services to Package clients, including home assessments, equipment prescription, and home modifications
* Support recovery through Rehab in the Home (post-orthopaedic surgery)
* Assist clients post-hospitalisation via the Hospital in the Home program
About You
* AHPRA registered (Full or Limited – Remote Level)
* New grads welcome; experience in community or aged care is a plus
* Skilled in promoting health and wellbeing through client-centred care
* Comfortable working independently and travelling across NE Melbourne and surrounds including Mill Park, Diamond Creek, Eltham, Bulleen and Preston, so you'll need your own vehicle—but don't worry, we reimburse travel kilometres.
