We're not your typical bedding company; we're here to shake things up, and we need the right people to help us do it._________________Job Overview:You’ll be the driving force behind our social channels – both behind the camera and in front of it. You’ll help us grow Bonny’s brand presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and more, by creating, curating and coordinating beautiful, engaging, on-brand content.We’re cool if you haven’t done all of this before... instead, you’re eager to learn on the fly, you love thinking creatively and have some proven marketing experience. You’ll be supported by a close-knit and high performing team._________________What you’ll do:Social Media Content & PlanningOwn our organic social media strategy across all platforms. Plan and execute a steady stream of content that’s visually on-point, witty, and aligned to brand and seasonal goals.Create, schedule, and post content regularly across all key channels. Jump in on trends, respond to DMs and keep our audience engaged.Create quarterly content calendars in collaboration with our marketing team to support launches, key dates and product demand.Paid Ads & Performance CreativeCollaborate with our ads agency to develop strong, performance-driven ad creative.Pitch creative concepts, source content (or shoot it yourself), and help keep our paid ads fresh, effective, and on-brand.Keep a finger on the pulse of what’s trending in the DTC and paid social world.Influencer & Creator ManagementIdentify, brief and manage a network of creators, influencers and UGC talent — from micro to macro.Coordinate content deadlines, review submissions, and ensure everything aligns with our tone of voice and brand standards.Leverage whitelisting opportunities and build relationships that grow with the brand.Confident reviewing content and providing feedback to creators and freelancers, and comfortable assisting on shoots when needed.Performance & AnalysisReview content and campaign performance, and present insights in a clear, actionable way.Benchmark against competitors, optimise based on data, and use learnings to keep improving creative output and ROI._________________Who you are:1–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, influencer coordination or digital marketing.A great communicator with exceptional attention to detail — you can spot a typo from a mile away and know how to fix it.Highly ambitious, organised and proactive. You think two steps ahead and aren’t afraid to take initiative.Strong creative instincts — you know how to make scroll-stopping and thumb-stopping content.Comfortable analysing social and ad performance metrics and making data-driven content and decisions.Confident briefing creators and freelancers, giving direction clearly and respectfully.Comfortable appearing on camera and representing the brand across social content.Technically capable: Familiar with CapCut, Premiere Pro or Figma.
