Tyre Doctor is seeking an experienced Tyre Bay Supervisor to work at the Ravenswood Gold Mine Site on a 8:6 Day Roster.
The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Tyre Bay Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee tyre fitting and maintenance operations, ensuring that all work is carried out efficiently and to the highest safety standards.
You will provide strong leadership to the team, using your in-depth knowledge of tyre fitting techniques to guide daily operations. Your expertise will ensure the timely completion of all tasks while maintaining a high standard of service to our client and safety at all times.
About You
* Leadership skills, ability to motivate and lead a small team and achieve client requirements
* Hold a current Certificate II in Automotive Mechanical Tyre Fitting Heavy (AUR21920)
* Minimum of 2 - 3 years in a similar role
* S1,S2,S3 in Supervision (i.e. G1,G8,G9)
* Standard 11
* Provide Safety Leadership, with a high attention to compliance to abide by safety procedures
* Possess a high level of initiative
