Remuneration: $75,176.80 to $76,897.65 per annum plus 12% superannuation

Location: Preferred location either St. Leonards or Charlestown, however other NSW Health locations can be considered – flexible hybrid working, with regular scheduled time in the office each week

About the opportunity
We're seeking a detail‐driven Master File Maintenance Officer to ensure the accuracy, integrity and quality of financial master data that underpins critical HealthShare NSW services. In this role, you'll manage master file updates, investigate and resolve data issues, support continuous improvement, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders within agreed SLAs. You'll bring strong financial management system experience (ideally Oracle), a keen eye for data accuracy and fraud identification, and a customer‐focused approach to building trusted relationships in a complex environment.
We also offer a hybrid working arrangement, providing a flexible blend of working from home and weekly attendance in the office.
