The Program Support Officer coordinates and supports the development and implementation of robust governance frameworks and programs to enable the effective meeting of organisational objectives.

About you
You'll bring to the role:
4. Develop and maintain resources, communications and operational procedures to enable the successful delivery of key business support services.
5. Provide high quality customer services aligned to the directorate's a high-performance culture and the department's business objectives.
6. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and external partners to enable the effective delivery of business services and sustain a strong focus on customer service and support.
7. Provide advice on the operation and effectiveness of programs by analysing feedback and conducting evaluations and observations
8. Analyse and assess data, draft, review and update resources and processes to ensure information is usable, accurate and up to date in line with operational guidelines and service standards
9. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of departmental policies and procedures and knowledge of relevant legislation, and internal systems to enable the provision of accurate and up to date advice to program partners.
10. Contribute to the development and review of business processes and service improvements to identify opportunities to improve performance and customer service outcomes.
11. Provide a range of administrative services, including the coordination of meetings, preparation of papers, minutes, records and reports to meet operational requirements.
12. Have experience with procurement and contract support.

13. Strong background in operational delivery and taking responsibility of program delivery.
14. Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education.
