We can offer 2 days per week (ideally Mondays and Thursdays) on a regular basis with travel required between Taree, Forster and surrounding areas.

What we’re looking for
To be considered for this role, you will need the following:
- Degree or postgraduate qualification in nursing.
- 2+ years post-graduate, with broad experience in general nursing.
- Current Registration with the AHPRA, with zero notations.
- Genuine interest in working in the community and with the aged population (experience an advantage).
- Compassion and enthusiasm, with a friendly approach.
- Strong experience in wound and catheter care, and chronic disease management.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with families and other clinicians.
- Australian driver's licence.
The role
- Provide wound, catheter, stoma and bowel care.
- Apply advanced clinical assessment skills for chronic disease management.
- Administer medications and injections.
- Perform an optimum standard of nursing care to our clients.
- Use your exceptional clinical assessment, decision-making and problem-solving skills and abilities to provide an optimum standard of care to our clients.
