Head Chef | 🔥 Above Market Salary
We’re looking for a Head Chef to step in and assist the team at our 4.5 Star dining room.
You’ll step into this role with a trained team to support you.

👨‍🍳 What We’re Looking For:
· A strong work ethic, natural leadership, and a calm, professional presence in the kitchen
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, train, and support a team during both prep and service
· Clear communication style and collaborative approach to working with the front-of-house team
· Excellent standards in food quality, portioning, and presentation
· Good understanding of inventory management, ordering, and maintaining cost control
· A positive and proactive mindset, with the flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced kitchen environment
