Accreditation and Curriculum Support Officer
The Opportunity
The Centre for Learning and Teaching (CLT) partners across UniSC to enhance learning and teaching capability, improve student success, and strengthen institutional effectiveness. Within CLT, the Curriculum Management team provides specialised support for curriculum governance, accreditation processes, and the management of curriculum systems and data.
As the Accreditation and Curriculum Support Officer, you will coordinate internal and external accreditation activities, provide specialist policy and procedural advice, and ensure curriculum documentation and data meet institutional and regulatory requirements. Working closely with academic and professional staff and external accrediting bodies, you will also provide high-level committee support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen curriculum governance.
You will
* coordinate internal and external accreditation activities, including submissions and site visits;
* provide policy and procedural advice and support curriculum data accuracy and compliance;
* deliver high-level committee support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
About you
You are a highly organised and analytical professional with strong coordination and administrative expertise in a complex environment. You bring the ability to interpret policy, manage competing priorities, and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. You are collaborative, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality, compliant outcomes.
You will possess:
* a degree with subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
* experience in curriculum, accreditation, governance, or a similar administrative environment;
* strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret legislation, policy, and procedures and apply sound judgement;
* excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service and stakeholder engagement;
* demonstrated organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines;
* experience preparing reports, submissions, or governance documentation;
* strong digital literacy, including Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and ideally curriculum management or reporting systems (e.g. Power BI, PowerApps).
