Global Safety Director Role
We are seeking a visionary Global Safety Director to lead our Safety Center of Excellence and drive world-class safety performance across all global operations.
* Develop and govern global safety standards and programs, including Fatality & Injury Prevention, Process Safety, Leader Time in Field, and Human & Organizational Performance.
* Deliver global systems and tools to support safety programs and ensure consistent implementation.
* Benchmark and represent externally, connecting with industry leaders and bodies such as ICMM and IAI.
* Coach and collaborate globally, mentoring safety professionals, advising senior leaders, and fostering a culture of safety excellence.
