What does the role involve?
* Source, screen, recruit and induct candidates to client specifications.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and our workforce.
* Coordinate daily shift, payroll and safety requirements.
* Ensure all recruitment documentation is complete, accurate and compliant.
* Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, candidates, and our workforce.
What we're looking for:
* Recruitment and or client facing sales experience
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a strong team player.
* Knowledge of recruitment and employment legislation preferred.
