About Your Role
You will lead the development and optimisation of our e-commerce websites to achieve high performance, excellent user experience, and strong commercial outcomes.
As a key member of the marketing team, you will collaborate closely with a supportive group to drive traffic, engagement, and sales across AU and US markets.
* Create and launch new products in line with our e-commerce campaigns, collection drops, and promotional activities.
* Manage and improve product listings, search engine optimisation, site content, and product updates.
* Oversee checkout processes, payment gateways, and customer accounts to ensure seamless user experiences.
* Manage wholesale catalogues, B2B site functions, and multi-market operations (AU & US).
* Monitor and report on key e-commerce metrics using Shopify, Google Analytics, and Style Arcade to inform data-driven decisions and growth strategies.
* Enhance onsite experiences and conversion through conversion rate optimisation, user experience improvements, A/B testing, and Shopify app integrations.
