Quest Personnel has an opportunity available in our Albury Office for a trainee recruitment consultant.
Our Brisbane office caters for predominately blue recruitment for a variety of manufacturing and logistics businesses throughout the Albury and Regional area.
You will be trained in the following duties:
* Writing job ads
* Screening candidates
* Telephone interviews
* Face to face interviews
* Writing referrals
* Reference checking
To be considered suitable for this trainee position you will need:
* Experience in a customer-focused role, ideally in call centres, retail, or hospitality, but we are open to other areas.
* Excellent communication and ability to relate well to people at all levels.
* Outstanding computer skills, including proficiency with all Microsoft Office programs and a minimum typing speed of 45 wpm (complete a 3-minute test).
* Professional presentation.
* Clean police record.
* Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test.
* Licence.
