**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Telephonist to join our team at Singleton Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and support services.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage the main hospital phone line, responding to calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments
* Assist patients and carers with admissions, discharges, and general inquiries
* Enter patient details accurately into hospital systems
* Process payments and transactions, including for overseas visitors
* Follow up with health funds and collate required documentation
* Perform general administrative duties such as filing, documentation, and other clerical tasks
