About This Role
* We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to coordinate our customer service operations.
* This includes conducting progress checks, recording attendance and learner communications, and setting up support sessions with trainers.
* The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring compliant file management and student engagement.
* They will work closely with internal teams to drive operational efficiency and meet key performance indicators.
You'll Bring:
* Proven experience in administration, preferably in education or training settings.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* A strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
* Familiarity with learning management systems or similar software.
* A relevant qualification, such as TAE, is highly desirable but not essential.
