Purpose of the role: The Ecommerce Manager is responsible for creating and project managing the implementation of strategies that deliver online revenue targets through owned channels (1 priority) and e-retailers for both B2B and B2C markets. This role is pivotal in driving online sales growth and enhancing brand presence across digital platforms. Role Responsibilities: Own the eCommerce calendar of marketing initiatives to drive the success of both owned ecommerce platforms and third-party e-retailer platforms Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to keep the company at the forefront of e-commerce innovation. Create and deliver engaging promotions and campaigns through paid and owned media including email and social. Craft subject lines and content that drive open rates, click-throughs, and conversions. Utilize SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns to increase visibility and drive traffic to the website Conduct a A/B test and learn approach, continuously optimising performance and sharing learnings. Oversee the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum Build and maintain, strong long-lasting relationships with e-retail partners, owning strategic negotiations, developing and aligning on joint marketing initiatives focusing on building brand awareness and driving acquisition Key Requirements: Degree in business, marketing or digital marketing 5 years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing within the consumer goods. Proven track record in customer acquisition, lifecycle management, UX, CRM and segmentation Knowledge of digital advertising platforms and strategies (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok). Strong ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies Ability to ideate compelling campaign concepts and write copy Experience leading projects and cross functional teams Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred but not essential: Experience with the Amazon platform to effectively manage and optimize listings and campaigns. Experience in digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, Klaviyo analytics).
