What You'll Do
- Lead strategic partnership development by identifying, recruiting, and onboarding high-potential affiliates and introducing partners. Create compelling partnership propositions, design competitive commission structures, and develop market-specific engagement strategies that drive mutual success.
- Drive performance optimization through tracking and analysis of partnership activities. Maintain robust monitoring systems, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic insights to maximize partnership ROI. Manage the complete partnership lifecycle using partnership management platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute integrated marketing and sales initiatives through partnership channels. Support introducing partner relationships with sales, coordinate affiliate campaigns with marketing, and ensure alignment with brand standards and regulatory obligations.
What You'll Need For This Role
We are seeking a commercially driven partnerships professional with robust sales acumen and a deep understanding of financial services. You should be a relationship builder who thrives in developing strategic partnerships and has proven experience in driving revenue through affiliates and introducing partner channels. You should be able to manage complex partnership ecosystems and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across diverse cultural contexts.
- 4+ years' experience in partnerships, affiliate marketing, or business development/account management in a similar industry
- Fluency in English at a professional level
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and revenue goals in financial services
- Experience in business development or account management with high-value clients
- Strong prospecting and lead generation skills with demonstrable conversion rates
- Experience in consultative selling and solution-based sales approaches
- Track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships that drive recurring revenue
- Experience in negotiating complex commercial agreements and partnership terms
- Background in client acquisition and retention within competitive markets
- Demonstrated ability to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing partnerships
Bonus If You Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Banking (Preferred)
- Understanding of the CFD industry, products, and regulatory workplace
- Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin
- Proven expertise with partnership management platforms (e.g., Impact, Cellxpert, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to optimize partnership performance through data-driven insights
