Key Financial Leadership Role
* As a seasoned financial professional, you will be responsible for overseeing finance operations, driving accuracy in reporting, and leading compliance initiatives with a focus on technical accounting areas.
* You will lead the creation and submission of monthly and annual management reports, as well as statutory reports, ensuring compliance with AASB standards and industry requirements.
* Additionally, you will manage the general ledger, coordinate group consolidations, and prepare statutory accounts while working closely with external auditors.
* Ensure that all APRA, ASIC, and tax compliance obligations are met, including BAS, FBT, and income tax requirements.
Requirements:
* Hold a CA/CPA qualification with experience in financial control or audit.
* Possess strong technical expertise in accounting standards and ASX reporting requirements.
* Display exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
