About This Role
As a Production Estimator, you will play a critical role in the construction phase, ensuring accurate costing and seamless handover from pre-construction to build.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare accurate production estimates for residential volume housing and multi-residential projects
* Review contract documentation, drawings, and specifications for construction readiness
* Liaise with construction, procurement, drafting, and suppliers to finalise build costs
* Price variations, upgrades, and post-contract changes accurately and efficiently
* Ensure estimates align with company margins, budgets, and cost control standards
* Maintain high attention to detail while managing multiple projects and deadlines
* Contribute positively to a collaborative, supportive, and high-performing estimating team
Requirements
* Over 5 years' experience as a Production Estimator within residential construction
* Proven experience working with a volume builder (essential)
* Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and supplier pricing
* Highly organised with excellent accuracy and time management skills
* Confident communicator who works well across teams
* Comfortable working within established systems and structured processes
