Job Description Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers Source and engage candidates across Technology, Project, and Program roles Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide recruitment advice Coordinate interviews and prepare interview documentation Maintain accurate and timely candidate communication throughout the process Support recruitment administration and reporting as required Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience at all stages The Successful Applicant 3-4 years' experience in end-to-end recruitment (Technology or IT recruitment highly preferred) Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and recruitment platforms/ATS Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail with strong organisational skills Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously A proactive, flexible, and adaptable approach Positive, collaborative, and team-oriented mindset Available to work on the following structure: RTO 6 days a fortnight.
