We are seeking a proactive professional dedicated to delivering exceptional service in obstructive sleep apnea management.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct diagnostic evaluations, including titration studies, for patients experiencing sleep-disordered breathing
* Offer guidance on CPAP equipment, setup and ongoing service requirements
* Provide follow-up appointments for newly diagnosed patients and ongoing support for existing patients
* Educate patients and their families about sleep disorders, evaluation procedures, and available treatment options
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals and service providers
* Promote and upsell our product range and services
* Maintain and sterilise clinic equipment

About the Role
This is a part-time role; 7.6 hours per day on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

What You'll Need
* Previous experience in a retail, healthcare or sales environment
* Exceptional communication skills
* Independent clinic management capability
* Broad experience with customer service across all stages of customer interaction
* Proficiency with Google Suite applications
* Keen interest in CPAP therapy and sleep medicine disciplines
* Strong organisational and administrational skills
