is seeking an experienced
Paving Quality Control Manager
with strong airfield paving experience to lead quality assurance across major aviation infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage all quality control systems for airfield paving works
* Oversee inspection, testing, and verification of asphalt and concrete pavements
* Ensure all works comply with project specifications, ITPs, and regulatory requirements
* Manage quality documentation including test results, NCRs, corrective actions, and reporting
* Liaise closely with construction, engineering, and client teams to resolve quality issues
* Support continuous improvement across paving methodologies and quality outcomes
* Maintain strong site leadership with a safety-first and quality-driven approach
Our Ideal Candidate:
* 8+ years' experience in a Quality Control or QA leadership role within airfield paving
* Strong technical knowledge of asphalt and concrete pavements for aviation infrastructure
* Proven experience working on high-compliance, regulated projects
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and confident operating in senior site leadership roles
