You'll provide authoritative advice on case law, legislative governance, and risk mitigation often in high-stakes scenarios involving litigation or ministerial review. Your ability to communicate clearly, manage competing priorities, and work both independently and collaboratively will be key to driving effective, accountable decision-making across the Board's operations.Your day to day will include preparing legal reports, correspondence, and briefing notes, liaising with Crown Law and other legal providers, conducting rigorous legal research and analysis, and appearing in the Supreme Court for directions hearings.
