Qualifications (Text Only) Required Qualifications: - 4+ years of people management and 3+ years of engineering experience. - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or another technical discipline. - Strong servant leadership skills and passion for supporting and developing people, with proven experience recruiting, hiring, coaching and defining growth paths for engineering teams. - Great communication with the ability to consider others' ideas, implement new methods, surface and resolve disagreements and empathize with users without breaking a sweat Preferred Qualifications: - 2+ years' experience managing ML engineers, applied scientists or data scientists - Strong understanding of large language models, computer vision, or generative AI. - Experience in enterprise and high-compliance fields.
