Technical Sales Representative - Distribution

Responsibilities
* Achieve sales targets and develop new business within the assigned territory.
* Manage existing customer relationships and identify new sales opportunities.
* Provide product information and support to customers.
* Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
* Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and product innovations.
* Liaise with the Sales Manager to share market insights and feedback.
* Implement sales and marketing plans, including promotions and in-store activities.
* Represent Sika at industry events and trade shows.
* Manage stock levels and ensure timely order fulfillment.
* Conduct regular customer visits and store checks.
* Prepare reports and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
* Participate in internal and external training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
* Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including sales and expense guidelines.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* 3+ years experience in an Industrial Market field OR a relevant University degree.
* Experience with Salesforce, SAP, or other CRM systems.
* Knowledge and experience in selling within a related industry.
