Role Summary
We are looking for a self-motivated and reliable Office Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis, with an option of full-time/part-time hours and a flexible working arrangement. Previous experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.
Responsibilities
* Provide general administrative support to office team members
* Handle phone calls, emails, and postage to/from clients
* Handle correspondences with ATO via Tax Agent Portal, mail and phone calls
* Liaise with clients about general queries and invoices
* Assist with the preparation of documents including word processing, photocopying, and binding.
* General office duties and other administrative tasks (ad hoc).
What We\'re Looking For
* Good proficiency in MS Office Suites
* Permanent Residency in Australia
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and good at multi tasking
* Strong communication skill – both written and verbal
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Professional presentation and customer-service mindset
