The Hospitality Inn SureStay Motel is a well-established 52-room property located in coastal city of Geraldton, WA. We cater to both local and interstate travellers, offering clean, comfortable accommodation and an on-site restaurant and bar and we take great pride in delivering friendly and helpful service. Geraldton is a vibrant coastal city on WA's Mid West coast, known for its stunning beaches, laid-back lifestyle, and thriving community. Just a short flight or scenic drive from Perth, it's the perfect place to enjoy a sea change while building your hospitality career.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with the day-to-day running of the motel and on-site restaurant
* Support the Manager in leading a team of 25+ staff
* Supervise front office, housekeeping, and F&B operations
* Help manage staff rosters, training, and shift supervision
* Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
* Act as duty manager when required
What We're Looking For
* Experience in both accommodation and food & beverage settings
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, team environment
* RMS (property management system) experience is highly regarded, but not essential (training can be provided)
* Great attention to detail and time management skills
* Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and evenings
* A positive, can-do attitude with a desire to grow within the business
