Operational Leadership Opportunity
* Oversee airport operations across Queensland and the Northern Territory to ensure safety, service excellence, and operational efficiency.
* Manage relationships with third-party suppliers and negotiate contracts to drive performance.
* Contribute to strategic projects, including launching new flight routes and introducing new aircraft types.
* Coordinate logistics with third-party suppliers, manage Ground Support Equipment (GSE), IT systems, uniforms, and communications.
Necessary Qualifications
* Previous experience in airport operations with a strong understanding of above and below wing processes.
* Demonstrated ability to manage third-party suppliers, negotiate, and maintain contracts.
* Proven leadership capability to inspire and guide teams across multiple locations.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Flexibility to travel to various ports domestically and internationally as required.
