Job Description:
As a Graduate, you will have the opportunity to work closely with high-performing agribusiness and business bankers in regional and rural areas of Australia. You will be responsible for undertaking a 4-month rotational based program designed to give you a foot in the door in a career in Regional and Agribusiness Banking.

You will be provided with networking opportunities with fellow R&A graduates and employees, as well as participate in industry learning and ongoing skill development.

* Proven customer service skills and a passion for Regional Business & Agribusiness
* Effective relationship management skills
