Job Overview
* Oversee and coordinate projects within the maritime and commercial sectors.

Main Responsibilities:
* Maintain high health and safety standards and enforce environmental policies.
* Monitor workplace conditions and implement corrective actions to prevent accidents.
* Coordinate trade specialists and subcontractors to meet project deadlines.
* Analyze labor hours and material costs to meet financial targets.
* Evaluate and report on project progress, risks, and challenges to senior management.
* Ensure compliance with quality and technical standards.
* Participate in meetings to monitor progress and address project issues.
Requirements:
* Hold a degree in Engineering, Project Management, or relevant field.
* Demonstrate strong leadership skills in complex industrial settings.
* Previous experience as a superintendent is advantageous.
* Familiarity with costing, technical proposals, and financial processes.
* Background in shipbuilding, ship repair, heavy engineering, or civil engineering is beneficial.
