Full Job Description Machine Operator Permanent position Day & night shift positions available Taree location The Company Join a global, market-leading aluminium packaging manufacturer for all major players in the food, beverage and personal care industries. The position requirements include, but are not limited to: Operate, monitor, and set production line machinery Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues and work with maintenance to minimise downtime Conduct quality checks and complete all required production documentation accurately Strictly follow all safety and quality procedures at all times Training will be provided, but to be considered for this role you will ideally possess the following: Machine operating experience in an industrial FMCG manufacturing environment Strong mechanical aptitude and fault-finding skills A current forklift licence is advantageous A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn & help where needed Flexibility to work overtime and assist with ad hoc tasks On Offer Day Shift: 6am - 2pm Night Shift: 8pm - 4am (training to be completed on day shift) $ 33.55 per hour shift loading super overtime We request that candidates have full Australian working rights.
