About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and client-focused Financial Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will provide ethical, compliant, and comprehensive financial advice tailored to individual client needs. You will play a key role in helping clients achieve their financial goals through strategic planning, product recommendations, and ongoing relationship management.
Using your technical expertise, a typical week would include:
* Conduct thorough financial assessments to understand clients' current financial situations, goals, and risk tolerance
* Provide comprehensive, compliant, and ethical financial advice aligned with clients' best interests
* Proactively identify opportunities to enhance clients' financial wellbeing and develop customised financial plans
* Recommend suitable financial products and services that align with clients' objectives and market conditions
* Ensure financial plans remain current and effective through regular assessments and updates
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional service
* Respond promptly to client enquiries and provide ongoing support and education
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and drive growth
* Ensure strict adherence to all legislative, regulatory, and professional standards
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless, integrated client service
What we are looking for
* Tertiary Degree in finance, financial planning, business or a related degree
* RG146, CFP or other recognised financial planning qualification
* 3-5 years' proven industry experience as a Financial Advisor
* Strong knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and regulatory requirements
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
* High ethical standards and a client-first mindset
* Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* Experience using XPLAN is highly regarded
