Your future role



We have an opportunity available for an experienced Supply Chain professional to join us as our Material Planning Manager. You will be responsible for the end-to-end materials management, for our QLD Services/Maintenance operations. These operations are fast-paced, dynamic maintenance facilities, with the primary locations being Wulkuraka and Southport. This role will be based in Wulkuraka QLD, with the requirement to travel to Southport once per week initially.



We’ll look to you for:



* Leading, developing and managing a small team of Material Planners.
* Leading the coordination of assets movements in production through the supply chain.
* Ensuring the application of Procure to Pay core model processes for material planning activities & master data management.
* Deploying the action plan for process performance improvement risk management & cost efficiency.
* Managing the delivery schedules in line with Project needs (On time in full).
* Defining, Improving & Validating improvement projects.
* Monitoring & Reviewing Weekly/Monthly KPI's.
* Managing Supplier's performances KPI's & raw material coverage according to targets.
* Collaborating with Procurement on risk/impact management process including supplier selection.

* A sound understanding of supply chain and material planning, ideally managing spare parts.
* Significant experience in a similar role, ideally within a similar heavy industry.
