About The Role
DIRECT (Dermatology, Investigational Research, Education & Clinical Trials) is the largest dermatology clinical trials site in Australia. We run Phases I‐IV pharmaceutical sponsored trials, across a range of skin and hair conditions.
We are seeking a Clinic Trials Recruitment and Marketing Coordinator to support patient recruitment across multiple clinical trials through coordinating patient recruitment strategies, managing recruitment campaigns and acting as a liaison between study teams, sponsors, vendors, clinics and patients.
Responsibilities
* Planning and delivering of patient recruitment campaigns across digital, print, and media channels
* Managing patient enquiries from websites, sponsor platforms, clinics, and email
* Conducting and coordinating patient pre‐screening and referral workflows
* Maintaining recruitment databases, trackers, and performance reports
* Liaise with study coordinators, sponsors, vendors, and internal teams
* Update trial listings on the company website, Linktree, and clinic materials
* Coordinate advertising activities including social media, Google ads, radio, and print media
* Support community partnerships and patient advocacy group engagement
This is a part‐time position for 3 or 4 days a week depending on the preference of the successful candidate.
What You'll Bring
* A relevant degree in health science or related field
* Experience with and a genuine interest and passion for Marketing
* Experience as a clinical trials coordinator or assistant (Desirable)
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* The ability to develop skills quickly
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise
* Comfortable with managing multiple campaigns and deadlines
* Confidence using databases, spreadsheets, and digital platforms
