Executive Support Role
The School of Regulation and Global Governance (RegNet) is a world-renowned centre for interdisciplinary research, education, and policy engagement. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Administrative Assistant.
This key role involves providing high-level executive support to the School Director, coordinating office administration, and offering financial assistance to staff members. As a friendly and approachable individual with excellent customer service skills, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, students, and staff within the School.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing administrative support to the School Director and other senior staff members
* Coordinating office administration, including managing calendars, arranging meetings, and maintaining accurate records
* Offering financial administration support, including processing invoices, managing budgets, and preparing financial reports
* Serving as a liaison between the School and external stakeholders, including government agencies, community groups, and industry partners
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably in a higher education or research institution
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems
