Job Opportunity: Frontline Cinema Worker Junior
The main goal of this role is to execute tasks that support the operation of a cinema entertainment complex, while delivering exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
* Perform duties in accordance with standard operating procedures.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the cinema complex.
* Ensure correct product presentation.
* Prepare food and beverages for sale, adhering to standards of quality and presentation.
* Stock replenishment, following merchandising planogram guidelines.
Customer Service Focus:
* Conduct ticket checks including online check-in procedure while providing assistance to customers.
* Deliver positive experiences for customers by maintaining their comfort and responding to queries promptly.
Operational Responsibilities:
* Monitor and maintain net promoter score (NPS) results.
* Regularly update cinema checklists to ensure smooth operations.
* Develop and demonstrate general knowledge of products and services offered to enhance the overall customer experience.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Basic maths and English skills are required.
