About the role:
* The Program Director – Digital leads a large, complex technology transformation initiative that modernises clinical workflows, strengthens digital capabilities, and enables the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care across our healthcare client.
* This role is responsible for the strategic planning, delivery, governance, and benefits realisation of a health technology program encompassing clinical workflow digitisation, systems integration, real-time data enablement, and operational transformation.
* The role requires extensive experience in leading digital transformation initiatives, delivering health ICT programs, and partnering effectively with clinical, operational, executive, and technical stakeholders within a complex healthcare environment.
Responsabilities:
* Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver change and project management services for large-scale, high-profile digital initiatives, driving service improvements through effective engagement, capability building, and resource allocation.
* Lead the development of complex project business cases, procurement, project and financial plans, progress and closure reports to ensure stakeholders are fully informed of project objectives, milestones, impacts, progress, and risks.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define and deliver large-scale, high-profile digital projects, managing suppliers, benefits realisation, and risks to ensure quality outcomes.
* Lead the development and maintenance of policies, systems, and procedures to ensure effective and efficient processes for documenting, implementing, and evaluating large-scale, high-profile, and complex digital projects delivered by transformation delivery.
Requirements:
* Relevant training or certification in program or project management (e.g. MSP, PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile); and/or
* Demonstrated leadership experience delivering large-scale digital or ICT transformation programs in complex environments, preferably within the health sector.
