About the Practice:
Our Canberra Surgicentre practice is well known for its oral and maxillofacial health above all else. We are a solid, stable team looking for an experienced Receptionist to join our high performing team. Team dynamic is incredibly important to us in our 1-chair practice. The Opportunity:
We have a versatile, exciting and rewarding opportunity at our Canberra Surgicentre practice available for a Dental Receptionist seeking a full-time opportunity.
* Modern dental practice with 1 chair running a wide range of dental treatments
* Friendly, fun and dedicated team
* Convenient location, walking distance to light rail with free onsite parking
* Meet and greet patients, providing a great first impression
* Book and amend appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
* Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
* Making patients aware of dental services and offers
* Handling payments
* Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
* High-end patient care; building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly & warm manner
You'll be:
* Available to work full time Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 3:30pm
* Previous Medical or Dental Reception experience required
* You're a motivated self-starter, this is a fast paced and dynamic role
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Passionate about customer service and patient care
* Organised with attention to detail
* Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
