Very busy Central Coast pub is seeking a passionate and dedicated commis chef to join our team. You will assist our senior chefs with daily prep and presentation of dishes. Maintaining a clean, organized and well stocked station. Must be able to work in a large team workplace and must work well with others in a rapid paced, tight kitchen.
Candidates must hold valid Australian work rights or visa authorisation.

Required Qualification: Certificate 3 or 4 in Commercial Cookery
At least 2 years full time experience.
Minimum 2 years full-time experience in high-volume commercial kitchen operations is essential.
Duties include; preparing and cooking menu items, maintaining stock and supplies, ensuring hygiene and safety compliance, assist with menu planning and supervise other kitchen staff.
