Here at PFi, we are seeking an exceptional Machinist Supervisor to join our team as the business continues its rapid growth.
This position will report to the Workshop Supervisor, working with a wide variety of materials in a fully equipped workshop.
Servicing the local industry, Jobbing, working on our large-scale automation projects, or on some of our very interesting in-house projects.

Regular overtime available.
The perfect candidate will possess :
* Trade qualification as a Machinist / Fitter and Turner.
* At least 5 years of post-trade experience
* Worked in a Supervisory role previously
* Ability to read and follow drawings and work to tight tolerances
* A team player with a good attitude who is not afraid of a challenge
* Oversee daily operations of all manual and CNC machinery
* CNC programming and operation, ISO/Fanuc controls, are highly regarded
* Breakdown experience
* Pumps, gearbox, motor overhaul experience
* Strong understanding of engineering drawings and specifications.
* Excellent attention to detail and precision in workmanship.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
* Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety protocols.
* Computer skills
