About the Role
Reporting to the Site GM, the Commercial Manager will lead the site's finance, procurement, and stores functions, overseeing a capable and growing team. You'll manage major capital approvals, cost control, supplier relationships, and operational commercial strategy, while playing a critical role in delivering a $100m+ expansion program.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead site-based commercial, finance, and procurement functions,
* Manage capital projects and discretionary spend (~$30m),
* Oversee monthly reporting, forecasting, and cost reviews,
* Build strong supplier relationships and accountability,
* Support strategic decision-making in a lean, empowered team environment.
About You
* Strong mining operations and commercial experience,
* Proven ability to lead teams and influence senior decision-making,
* Skilled in capital project evaluation and cost optimisation,
* Comfortable working with evolving systems and processes.
