About the role
Reporting to the inspirational Chief Marketing Officer, you will manage and look after all marketing, brand and product strategy for all of New Zealand. It's a strategic and hands on role where you will manage all areas of the portfolio’s lifecycle from the inception of new products/brands, to the launch of campaigns including all advertising (TV, Radio, Digital, Social & Print) and post-campaign analysis.
The responsibilities
o Take real strategic ownership and manage end to end brand and product marketing activities across ATL, BTL, Digital and Social including POP and all instore communications including new menu items
o Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders including NPD, supply chain, restaurants, marketing, digital and analytics as well as agency relationships
o Continuously assess and analyse campaign effectiveness, what is working and not working with a test and learn methodology including menu analysis
o Manage nominated communications and New Product Development (NPD) project launches
What you need to be successful
o A delicious attitude and hungry mindset balancing a nurturing and collaborative approach to hitting key business and brand objectives
o A proven track record as a highly successful Marketing Manager looking for a tasty new challenge
o A background in FMCG/QSR/Food or B2C Product, skilled in building a brand strategy and using insights to manage NPD
o An adaptable and flexible nature and ability to influence key stakeholders to enjoy positive business outcomes
