About This Role
This position is an opportunity to provide a high standard of nursing clinical care with an individual, person-centred approach to all residents within our residential aged care home. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct clinical nursing care to residents in line with best practice nursing procedures.
You will also act as a team leader, providing coaching, supervision and guidance to the personal care team while working in a safe manner to protect yourself, your colleagues and residents closely following all policies and procedures.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly
* Current AHPRA registration following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification
* Thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards
* Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes
* Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of the aging process, particularly age-related health issues
* Strong coaching/training skills
* Effective conflict resolution skills with a high level of emotional intelligence
* Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
* Competent IT skills
* Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance
