Role: Business Development Manager – ACT and Southern NSW
This is a rare chance to step into a Business Development Manager position and take ownership of building relationships and driving sales across the ACT and Southern NSW. You'll be the face of our business with architects, designers, builders, and contractors, helping shape projects with premium building products.
Responsibilities
* Actively develop new business opportunities, securing projects and clients in the commercial construction space.
* Promote innovative products to architects, specifiers, and contractors, positioning yourself as a trusted technical partner.
* Expand our footprint by opening new accounts and strengthening ties with regional builders and developers.
* Attend industry events and network with associations.
* Manage your pipeline through our CRM system, ensuring consistent follow-ups and structured reporting.
Qualifications
* Proven track record in business development or sales within the construction or building materials sector.
* Strong knowledge of commercial building products is highly desirable.
* Existing networks with architects, designers, contractors, and builders in the ACT/NSW market advantageous.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
* Ability to work independently, strategically, and hands-on in a competitive market.
* Full driver's licence required.
* Company vehicle, phone, laptop, and fuel card provided as tools of trade.
* Ongoing training and exposure to leading products in the industry.
