Responsibilities
* Manage the end‐to‐end recruitment process, from brief to hire.
* Work closely with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process.
* Write compelling job adverts to attract the best talent.
* Utilise LinkedIn and other tools to source and manage a pipeline of candidates and to track and report performance.
* Manage all communication with candidates from application/approach until offer acceptance.
* Update applicant tracking system to ensure accurate reporting and hiring manager collaboration.
* Knowledge of all recruitment related regulation and compliance.
* Build a talent pipeline to cover short and long‐term workforce capability for the business.
* Build relationships.
* Commercial focus.
* Professionally qualified in HR or Talent Acquisition.
Qualifications
* Minimum 4 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, with experience in the construction infrastructure or defence market recruiting project managers, cost managers or project controls specialists.
* Passion for recruiting and finding top talents in a challenging environment.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
