Fleet Coordinator Job Description

This role involves monitoring fleet assets for maintenance forecasting and planning. Key responsibilities include developing reports on fleet safety, legal compliance, and fuel costs per hour. The incumbent will use communication skills to liaise with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth fleet operations. A forklift license or willingness to obtain one would be beneficial.
* Customer service orientation
* Experience working in a similar position with exposure to multiple stakeholders
* Experience in the road transport industry is desirable but not essential
* Skilled with Microsoft Office suite of products and fleet management software
The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop reports and manage asset register updates. Experience with data analysis and interpretation would be an advantage. In this challenging role, you will work closely with our team to achieve our sustainability goals.
