Job Overview

Lead daily store operations to meet sales targets and key performance indicators. Develop a high-performance culture through team motivation, training, and mentorship.


Key Responsibilities

* Manage daily store activities to achieve sales goals and KPIs.
* Promote a positive work environment through team encouragement, coaching, and development.
* Monitor store performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
* Ensure stock levels, store presentation, and visual merchandising meet brand standards.
* Control labor costs effectively and efficiently.
* Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Support succession planning and team growth initiatives.


Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a high-volume retail setting is essential. Strong leadership abilities, a results-driven approach, and excellent communication and team development skills are required.

Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and manage store performance is necessary. Experience with inventory management, operations, and visual merchandising is also required. A passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience is crucial.
