About the Role
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Capturing high-quality group photographs of students and staff
* Ensuring photo days run smoothly and efficiently
* Setting up, packing down, and safely transporting photography equipment
* Proficient operation and handling of all photography equipment types including cameras, lighting systems, and portable equipment
* Engaging with children and school staff to create a positive experience
* Maintaining high standards of customer service and attention to detail
* Liaising with schools and supporting the coordination of photo day schedules

What We're Looking For
* Minimum 2+ years photography experience (school, portrait, or group photography highly regarded)
* Genuine passion for working with children and people of all ages
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage time effectively
* Energetic, positive, and professional attitude
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
* Valid Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Current Australian Driver's Licence
* Ability to travel when required
* Full Australian working rights or valid work visa
